My TOP DAIRY FREE PRODUCTS from Expo West 2019!

Some of these products are from new companies that haven’t even launched their product yet, some are just new flavors of products you’ve seen before, and some are products that you already may be lucky enough to have if you live in bigger markets.
.
WHY❓Why are so many people going dairy free these days❓ Why are there so many more dairy free items on the market❓
.
There are those that are allergic to dairy (they have a hard time with either the lactose, whey, or casein) and those that are vegan. But a lot of people also avoid dairy to reduce their inflammation. Inflammation of the gut is the root problem to so many of our health issues today: chronic fatigue, joint pain, depression, anxiety, migraines, auto immune issues, and more. (Bordoni A, et al. Crit Rev Food Sci Nutr. 2017) A lot of this inflammation actually comes from what the cow is passing on to us. Many cows are eating gmo soy and corn covered in glyphosate, given growth hormones, antibiotics, and more.
.
Am I recommending everyone go dairy free? No! It’s a great option for those that need to, but there also are a lot of health benefits from the CLA found in grass fed milk products. There are definitely pros and cons to both.
.
And most of these products have to start out in Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Amazon in hopes to be picked up by other stores. I know certain stores like Target carry some flavors of Kite Hill cream cheese. So just keep your eye out for these new products if of interest to you!
