Eating Healthy Vs. Eating Organic

What? I hear often, we are eating all organic and I don’t feel better or I haven’t lost weight.

I then ask, what type of organic foods are you eating? Because...

Organic Frosted Flakes (no GMO corn and sugar, glyphosate, or BHT) is definitely a better choice than regular Frosted Flakes, but it’s still a junk food sugar cereal. .
Organic juice boxes (no artificial sugar, artificial dyes, artificial flavoring) are definitely a better choice than Koolaid Jammer drinks, but they are still too high in sugar.

Organic pasta (no glyphosate sprayed wheat) is definitely a better choice than regular pasta, but too much pasta can be too many carbs.

Organic ice cream (no hormones, no GMO feed, no glyphosate prayed sugar) is definitely a better choice than regular ice cream, but ice cream is ice cream!

So organic is how our food used to be... no gmo crops, no glyphosate, no artificial dyes, no artificial flavoring, no BHT, no artificial sweeteners, no man made chemicals. Organic is a better choice but not always the healthy choice.
